The easy way to lose weight can happen because I did it myself. I am a lazy girl all the way. But I am a lazy girl that has lost over 60 lbs which is why I am going to tell you the lazy way to lose weight. But I also have to say that you MUST be realistic. This is not sitting on the couch and eat 5000 calories a day and that is the key to losing weight, let’s be real.
